Sad, isn't it? (* sigh *)
Somehow in the middle of all the madness, Kenny and I celebrated our wedding anniversary -- 17 years! Can you believe it? We even got a kids free night away! :-)
Kyle went from having perfect attendance last year to missing four days of school in the first few weeks this year. He definitely did not feel well for a while. He actually got strep throat, poor guy! That was fun... NOT! Today was his first day back to school.
Delaney had a couple more soccer games with her Three Lions team. The first game was way down past Indianapolis in Bargersville with South Central. Kyle and I decided not to spend six hours in the car (three hours there and three hours back), so there aren't any pictures. They ended up losing that game 0-4, so maybe that's not such a bad thing. Their next game was a home game (yeah!) with Westfield. They won that game 3-0, and Delaney got one of the goals. Woo-hoo! I did get some pictures at that game:
